Job summary

New York Cancer & Blood Specialists is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a float role across multiple NY locations. You will manage oncology/hematology patients, conduct assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate pre/postoperative care with a patient-centered approach.

Requires NP/PA program graduation and active license; oncology experience is a plus. EMR proficiency preferred; travel between locations is expected. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current APRN licensure or PA license.
• Experience in Oncology/Hematology helpful but not required.
• Strong computer skills; EMR experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage health problems and coordinate care for Oncology/Hematology patients.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with the team for preoperative and postoperative care.
• Deliver patient-centered care to improve outcomes and experience.
