Qualifications

• RN license or Advanced Practice License required; nursing degree preferred.
• Extensive hematology/oncology experience across clinical practice and pharma settings.
• Experience in disease-state and product-related education; senior level preferred.
• Pharma industry or people management experience preferred.
• Oncology-specific certification preferred.
• Ability to build partnerships and work cross-functionally.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% with accommodations.
• Proficiency in Office software and databases preferred.
• Valid driver''s license or equivalent transport required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of the evolving oncology marketplace and regional influences.
• Screen, interview, hire, and retain qualified talent for the OCNE regional team.
• Utilize effective leadership skills to support the OCNE in developing and maintaining a strategic territory plan.
• Evaluate and coach OCNE team members on product knowledge and disease states.
• Lead OCNE Educators to provide on-label, company-approved education.
• Collaborate on OCNE education and field execution strategies.
• Collaborate with National Director on annual performance goals and measures.
• Provide career development support for team members with inclusive opportunities.
• Participate in creating/maintaining OCNE field strategies for compliant partnerships across teams.
• Complete administrative duties including engagement and expense reports.
