Job summary
Incyte Corporation in Wilmington, Delaware, seeks an Oncology Clinical Nurse Educator (OCNE) to educate non-physician patient care teams on oncology therapies, dosing, and safety across designated geography. You will build relationships with PCTs and patients, translating complex data into accessible education.
The role requires clinical oncology experience, RN license or NP/PA, strong presentation skills, and willingness to travel up to 75%.
Qualifications
- Active RN license or Advanced Practice degree (NP, PA) or equivalent experience in healthcare.
- Relevant oncology clinical and/or educational experience required.
- Diverse backgrounds encouraged to apply; oncology/pharma experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to discuss complex clinical data and presentations clearly.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with PCT members within an assigned territory.
- Develop strategic educational territory plans addressing customer needs.
- Educate PCTs on disease states, dosing, administration and safety.
- Provide education to patients in advocacy and support settings.
- Present complex clinical topics to diverse audiences.
- Attend and/or deliver information at national, regional, and local meetings.
- Collaborate with OCNE leadership to implement development plans.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant administrative tasks.
