Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking an Eligibility Representative to help patients navigate medication needs and insurance coverage for complex conditions, including cancer. You’ll join a dedicated team and be encouraged to show empathy in every interaction.

Responsibilities include assisting patients with medication access, coordinating with plan providers on benefits, and documenting conversations in our system. A high school diploma, reliable internet, and 100% training within 90 days are required;

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within healthcare or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology helpful.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in obtaining medications and ensuring coverage under insurance.
• Communicate with plan providers to resolve coverage issues with pharmacists and physicians.
• Manage multiple requests while maintaining accurate documentation in the computer system.
