The Cleveland Clinic Main Campus seeks an Outpatient Dietitian - Oncology to join the DDSI Nutrition-Digestive Disease Institute. You will provide medical nutrition therapy, create personalized plans and counsel oncology patients throughout their care journey.

Work day schedule 8:00am-4:30pm in Cleveland; collaborate with clinicians to optimize nutrition care and support education initiatives for patients and interns.

• Collaborate with physicians and care teams for coordinated nutrition care.

• Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy, education and counseling to patients.
• Implement nutritional care plans, communicate plans, follow up and document.
• Review labs, fluids, electrolytes and nutrition status with the team.
• Inform physicians of patient nutrition needs and diet changes.
• Create and revise nutrition education materials and program initiatives.
• Support dietetic internship rotations and teaching for students.
