Foundation Medical Partners is seeking an Outpatient Oncology Dietitian Educator in Nashua, NH. This part-time role focuses on evaluating, planning, and delivering nutrition care for adults with cancer, working with the multidisciplinary care team.

You are an RD/RDN with NH licensure, CSO certification within 2 years, and 3 years of clinical nutrition experience (or 1 year with a Master's). Join a team devoted to compassionate cancer care and community education.
