Foundation Medical Partners, affiliated with Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, seeks an Outpatient Oncology Dietitian to evaluate, plan, and provide nutrition care for adult cancer outpatients. You will work with staff, physicians, students, and the community, delivering personalized counseling and group programs.
Requirements include a Bachelor's in dietetics or related field, RD/RDN with NH licensure, CSO within 2 years, and a minimum of 3 years clinical nutrition experience (or 1 year

- Bachelor's degree in dietetics or related field.
- RD/RDN with NH licensure.
- CSO certification within 2 years of hire.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical nutrition experience or 1 year with Master’s.
Responsabilidades
- Conduct comprehensive oncology nutrition assessments and create personalized care plans.
- Implement nutrition screening and refer to the care team with documented recommendations.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and provide nutrition education and community outreach.
- Maintain expertise in oncology nutrition and current research to educate staff and patients.
