• Coordinate development, review, production, distribution, and maintenance of customer-facing marketing materials.
• Manage timelines and deliverables for commercial collateral and ensure timely progress.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to align with brand standards and business goals.
• Maintain version control and organization of marketing assets.
• Coordinate lab support materials including forms, guides, and inserts.
• Work with designers to translate technical content into user-friendly materials.
• Coordinate updates to collection kits, packaging, labels, and specs.
• Support user experience initiatives by gathering and organizing feedback from providers, partners, and teams.
• Develop processes for collecting and tracking customer feedback across channels.
• Analyze insights to identify trends and opportunities to improve the customer experience.
