Qualifications

• Advanced degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, computational biology, or related field.
• 7+ years in clinical research, real‑world evidence, or healthcare data product development.
• Understanding of clinical data elements from claims, EMR, pathology, and molecular diagnostics.
• Proven patient phenotyping and cohort development experience.
• Strong communication for scientific and commercial audiences.
• Proficient with SQL and one of Python or R to specify cohort logic.
• MS Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Define and own vision, roadmap, and quality of clinically oriented data products.
• Develop patient eligibility logic, phenotyping algorithms, and criteria.
• Serve as clinical voice of the customer in partnerships and client discussions.
• Lead design and development of new features and data privacy workflows.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering to validate cohorts and implement needs.
• Establish validation frameworks, quality metrics, and adoption measures.
• Author scientific materials and training content.
• Maintain clinical data standards and data dictionaries.
