Responsibilities include:

• Conduct records maintenance and submit complete case abstracts.
• Ensure timely case ascertainment and accession to VHA approved software.
• Perform data curation and abstraction into cancer registry databases.
• Meet reporting requirements of various cancer registries and organizations.
• Maintain CTR credentials and ongoing education.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with security regulations.
• Provide reports to support quality and process improvements.
• Complete TNM staging fields at case ascertainment.
• Follow guidelines from relevant cancer registry and health organizations.
• Must be eligible for a Public Trust security clearance.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Hold Certified Tumor Registrar (CTR) credentials.
• Strong analytical, communication, and independent work skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
