World Oncology Network is seeking a dedicated Oncology Registry professional to register and follow patients with malignancies, retrieve and analyze registry data, and disseminate findings with clinical teams while upholding ethics.
The role includes data collection (case finding, abstracting, coding, follow-up), preparing annual ACOS reports for accreditation, and coordinating Cancer Committee activities and weekly conferences to support high-quality cancer care.
Registers and follows patients with a diagnosis of malignancy; retrieves and analyzes registry data and disseminates data in accordance with professional ethics.

2. Responsible for data collection, including but not limited to case finding, abstracting, coding, and follow-up in addition to protocol studies for the American College of Surgeons and Pennsylvania (ACOS) Cancer Program.
3. Assembles and disseminates data, statistical reports, incidence data, and graphs to appropriate agencies.
4. Coordinates activities with Cancer Committee, organizes all aspects of weekly Cancer Care Conferences, and assists Cancer Committee in criteria development, study design, and completion.
5. Works in conjunction with Oncology Registry Supervisor to design and prepare the annual report required by the ACOS for accreditation of the Cancer Program.
