The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and analytics teams, translating strategic questions into structured analytical approaches, guiding solution development, and synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 7+ years in pharma consulting analytics or data science, oncology exposure.
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical clients in commercial, medical, or market access analytics is highly preferred.
• Strong consulting mindset, stakeholder management, and ability to translate business questions into analytical workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business stakeholders and analytics teams to frame problems and guide solution development.
• Present findings and strategic narratives to senior client stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and support cross-functional collaboration.
