Job summary

N-Power Medicine is seeking a Clinical Data Abstractor III to curate oncology datasets from diverse EHR platforms into EDC systems, ensuring compliance with SOPs and GCP standards.

You will contribute to pre-screening, help improve data collection workflows, and collaborate with data, QA and biostatistics teams to resolve data issues. Remote role within the United States with potential travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of oncology data abstraction/curation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent).
• Experience navigating EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, OncoEMR, Iknowmed).
• Familiarity with HIPAA and FDA-regulated trials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve, abstract and curate high quality oncology data sets from various EHR platforms into a proprietary NPM or 3rd party EDC system.
• Conduct pre-screening chart reviews via EHR/EMR systems to assess patient eligibility.
• Maintain pre-screening logs and dashboards for eligibility status.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and GCP; protect confidentiality.
• Collaborate with quality management and biostatistics to resolve data issues.
• Attend weekly team and company meetings as required.
