Job summary

Jobot is seeking 1 Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our biotech startup in a remote or hybrid capacity. The role focuses on oncology trials, ensuring regulatory compliance, data integrity, and trial coordination across sites with a strong emphasis on patient safety and quality.

The candidate will collaborate with a cross-functional team to support groundbreaking clinical research and contribute to the development of novel cancer therapies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years Oncology experience as a CRA in biotech/pharma.
• Understanding of FDA regulations and guidelines for clinical research.
• Experience managing/co-managing clinical trials across phases.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, implementation, and management of clinical trials from inception to completion.
• Ensure sites comply with protocol, FDA regs, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, verify data, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with investigators and clinical staff to protect participant rights and safety.
• Prepare and review study documents such as protocols and informed consents.
• Coordinate with data management to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Support preparation and presentation of trial results to stakeholders.

Job Details

We are seeking 1 Clinical Research Associate's (CRA) to join our biotech startup. This is a full-time position that offer the opportunity to work on groundbreaking clinical research projects. The successful candidate will have the chance to collaborate with a team of highly skilled professionals and contribute to the development of innovative medical treatments and therapies.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the oversight of the design, implementation, and management of clinical trials from inception to completion.
• Ensuring the clinical sites are compliant with the study protocol, FDA regulations, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Conducting site visits to assess the progress of the trials, verify data accuracy, and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Collaborating with investigators and other clinical staff to ensure the safety and rights of the participants are protected.
• Preparing and reviewing study-related documents such as protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms.
• Coordinating with the data management team to ensure the data collected is accurate and reliable.
• Participating in the preparation and presentation of clinical trial results to internal teams, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of Oncology experience as a Clinical Research Associate in the biotech/pharma space.
• Proven experience in managing/co-managing clinical trials, including experience with different phases of clinical research.
• A thorough understanding of FDA regulations and guidelines related to clinical research.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
• Proficient in using clinical trial management systems and other related software.
• Experience with solid tumors is a must.
