Job summary

N-Power Medicine is seeking a Digital Health Specialist II to join a rapidly growing oncology-focused team in Philadelphia, PA. You will work at a clinical site, supporting clinical trials, data capture, and patient engagement within an evolving startup environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in oncology clinical research or healthcare research, with familiarity with clinical workflows, data systems, and GCP. Equity at hire and performance-based bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of oncology clinical research experience or oncology ambulatory care preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical trials, SOPs and patient consent forms.
• Strong desire to improve patient care and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted face to clinical practice, supporting research data collection.
• Interface with healthcare providers and patients.
• Perform peer review of clinical documentation for data quality and completeness.
• Obtain informed consent for clinical trials and assist site initiation.
• Ensure adherence to study protocols and data confidentiality.
• Support patient recruitment strategies and site meetings.
