Job summary

Vitalief seeks an experienced Clinical Research Study Manager to support interventional oncology trials at a premier research center in Somerset, NJ. The role oversees Phase II–IV trials across multiple disease groups, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, mentors a small team, and champions collaboration with investigators and clinical teams to advance cancer research and patient impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, Life Sciences, Public Health, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading oncology clinical trials and managing clinical research teams.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA, IRB, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily oncology clinical research operations across two locations.
• Oversee protocol implementation, study activation, enrollment, data collection, and workflows.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a small clinical research team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and successful delivery of complex trials.
• Oversee regulatory submissions, documentation, and reporting of protocol deviations.
• Partner with investigators and leadership to support research goals.
• Participate in operational planning and process improvements.
• Lead meetings and cross-functional collaborations to boost performance.
