Job summary

Sarah Cannon Research Institute (SCRI), a McKesson subsidiary, is seeking a Study Coordinator to plan, execute, and monitor complex Phase I-IV clinical research protocols. You will work closely with physicians, data operations, and sponsors to ensure data integrity and protocol adherence.

The role requires independent work, strong interpersonal skills, and experience with electronic data capture and clinical trial databases.

Qualifications

• Understands clinical trial data and processes.
• Knowledge of FDA guidelines and GCP is required.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Proficient with clinical trial software, data capture and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of trials for the research team.
• Plan and track all assigned clinical activity in startup, interim and close-out phases.
• Confirm patient eligibility and resolve discrepancies with nursing staff and physicians.
• Verify study procedures are performed within protocol-specified windows.
• Collect, complete and enter data into study-specific CRFs or EDC systems within the agreed timeframe.
• Maintain case report forms tracking management database.
• Communicate findings and issues in weekly protocol meetings.
