Job summary

Sarah Cannon Research Institute (SCRI), a McKesson subsidiary, conducts community-based oncology trials and advances cancer care worldwide. The Data Coordinator supports the Study Coordinator daily, ensuring SOPs and all applicable GCP/ICH guidelines are followed, and helps manage trial data timelines and documentation.

Ideal candidates will have knowledge of GCP/GMP, excellent English, and healthcare or clinical trials experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GCP and GMP regulations.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy.
• Excellent English written and oral skills.
• Healthcare experience in clinical trials or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Study Coordinator to meet industry trial data deadlines.
• Obtain source documentation for patients enrolled into clinical trial.
• Assist the Study Coordinator with case report form completion and query resolution.
• Assist in Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reporting and tracking.
• Create and maintain patient visit tracking spreadsheets for the Study Coordinator.
• Maintain and archive study administrative files.
• Be assigned special procedural projects to enhance the Drug Development Data Operations.
• Assess adherence to SCRI SOPs, GCP and ICH regulations during the trial.
