Job summary

Frederick Health Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Research Study Coordinator to support clinical trial activities under the guidance of the Clinical Manager. You will coordinate patient visits, consent and eligibility, and manage regulatory documentation and study data.

The role requires experience in clinical trials, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity. Oncology exposure is a plus, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of clinical trials, protocols and policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Maintains confidentiality of employee and patient information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient screening, enrollment and visits for clinical trials.
• Maintain regulatory documentation, data and study inventories.
• Submit patient registrations/randomization and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to align workflows with study requirements.
• Assist with invoicing and revenue capture as outlined in contracts.
• Represent the Clinical Trials department at IRB and investigator meetings.
• Participate in quality improvement activities within Clinical Trials.
