Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices, ICH, FDA guidance documents, and applicable regulations.
• Ability to successfully conduct and manage a research study.
• Ability to mentor team members and to prepare training plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational abilities.
• Establish rapport with patients, investigators and sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical and administrative coordination of sponsored clinical trials and research protocols.
• Coordinate studies across sites including start-up, IRB submissions, recruitment, screening and enrollment.
• Develop and disseminate protocol information to staff and investigators.
• Ensure laboratory requirements for specimen procurement and shipment.
• Serve as primary research coordinator and liaison between sponsor and investigators.
• Coach and mentor team members and plan educational training.
