GlaxoSmithKline seeks a Director, Clinical Science - Oncology Clinical Development to provide scientific leadership across study design, data review, and interpretation within an assigned oncology program. Reporting to the CDL, this role supports delivery of the Clinical Development Plan and partners with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and regulatory readiness.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related discipline.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech clinical development, oncology focus.
• Experience in clinical development from early stage to regulatory submissions.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration within matrix teams.
• Experience authoring protocols, IBs, CSRs and regulatory submissions.
• Ability to engage investigators, external experts, CROs and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Provide scientific leadership across protocol development, study design and data interpretation.
• Support study conduct, data integrity and regulatory submissions.
• Contribute to asset-level strategy and program-level decision making.
• Ensure quality and consistency of study documents and regulatory materials.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Statistics, Safety, Regulatory and Medical Affairs.
• Participate in external scientific interactions and publications.
