Job summary

Pride Health is hiring an Oncology Research Registered Nurse (RN) for an oncology organization near Cincinnati, OH. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. This is a DIRECT HIRE, EXEMPT position with a salary range of $65,000 to $85,000 per year.

The RN will coordinate screening, enrollment, and maintenance of patients on clinical trials, ensure protocol compliance, and perform accurate documentation and data entry. Education and training for staff and patients are also included.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure in state of practice.
• ACLS or BLCS certification required; OCN/SoCRA/ACRP preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical research or oncology experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate screening, enrollment, and maintenance of patients on clinical trials.
• Ensure protocol compliance and assess changes in condition and adverse events.
• Accurate documentation and data entry.
• Educate and train staff and patients.
• Maintain site research quality per SOPs, GCP, and applicable regulations.
• Support compliance program and ethics standards.
