Job summary

Pride Health, part of Pride Global, is seeking a DIRECT HIRE Oncology Research Registered Nurse (RN) for a Cincinnati, OH area oncology organization. The role involves coordinating screening, enrollment, and care of patients on cancer clinical trials, ensuring protocol adherence and patient safety.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing degree (BSN preferred), active RN licensure in Ohio, and ACLS/BLCS certification with 2+ years in clinical research or oncology. Monday–Friday 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in state of practice required.
• BLCS or ACLS certification required; OCN/SoCRA/ACRP certifications preferred.
• Minimum 2 years clinical research or oncology experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate screening, enrollment, and maintenance of patients on clinical trials.
• Ensure protocol compliance with physicians and ongoing assessments for changes and adverse events.
• Accurate and timely documentation and data entry.
• Education and training of staff and patients.
• Maintain site research quality per SOPs, GCP, and applicable regulations.
• Support compliance program and Code of Ethics Business Standards.

Education

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the screening, enrollment, and maintenance of patients on clinical trials
• Assure protocol compliance with physicians and other providers ongoing assessments for changes in condition and adverse events
• Accurate and timely documentation/data entry
• Participate in education and training of other staff and patients
• Ensure site research quality by practicing in compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs), principles of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Supports and adheres to company compliance program, to include Code of Ethics Business Standards

Requirements

• Education: Graduate from an accredited program for nursing education required (BSN preferred)
• License(s): Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in state of practice required
• Certification(s): Current BLCS or ACLS certification required,OCN, SoCRA or ACRP certification preferred
• 2 years clinical research experience OR 2 years oncology experience
