Job summary

Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute (FCS) is seeking a Research Coordinator. You will perform research study activities under the supervision of the Principal Investigator and the research director, and manage site operations to ensure successful study implementation.

Candidates must hold a valid Florida RN license, have oncology or clinical research experience, and be able to travel to investigator meetings. A driver’s license is required for travel to clinics across the state.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid RN license in the state of employment.
• At least 1 year oncology or clinical research experience, or 5+ years combined oncology and clinical research experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Must be able to travel to investigators meetings.
• Valid Driver's License for travel to clinics and states of residency.

Responsibilities

• Perform research study activities under medical supervision of PI and research director.
• Ensure overall successful implementation and ongoing site management of studies.
• Possibly cover clinics when staff are out of the office and assist with training new staff.
