Bon Secours Mercy Health in Greenville, SC, seeks an RN Research (Exempt) Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator for the Bon Secours Cancer Institute. The role focuses on coordinating oncology clinical trials, enrolling patients, and managing study-related documentation in Epic and sponsor systems.

You will work with physicians, coordinators and sponsors to ensure patient care and study adherence, while maintaining regulatory compliance and accurate billing.

Qualifications

• RN license current is required.
• BLS Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) required.
• Oncology nursing experience preferred.
• CCRP Research Certification preferred.
• OCN Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enroll patients in research studies and manage study-related billing.
• Coordinate and monitor clinical research observational and data collection studies.
• Serve as liaison between cancer institute, hospital departments and sponsors for trials.
• Set up and maintain procedures for ordering tests for trial patients.
• Coordinate patient recruitment and prepare eligibility documentation and source materials.
• Complete CRFs and regulatory documents with sponsor requirements.
• Review adverse events and report to Sponsor/IRB as required.
• Maintain regulatory binders and ensure proper processing of charges for study patients.
• Educate patients about treatment options, side effects, and follow-up plans.
