Job summary

OHC is seeking a Clinical Research Manager to oversee administrative coordination of research activities across departments. The role includes coaching staff, ensuring quality, and maintaining compliance with USOR SOPs, GCP, and applicable regulations.

You will support budgeting, metrics, and enhancements to research operations. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in clinical nursing or related research roles, supervisory experience, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a clinical or scientific related discipline required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises clinical research staff in accordance with USOR SOP and ICH GCP guidelines and coordinates activities with affected departments.
• Coaches and develops staff; participates in recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and performance assessment.
• Develops research accountability standards, metrics, reports, and collaborates on action plans to improve operations and quality.
• Involved in study selection for the research program and collaborates on budgets, objectives, and accrual targets.
• Promotes or markets the research program to the practice and referring physicians; coordinates activities with other bases or sponsors.
