The US Oncology Network is seeking an entry-level exempt management professional to supervise clinical research staff and ensure administrative coordination of research activities across the practice. This role coaches staff, helps develop accountability standards, and ensures adherence to SOPs and federal regulations.
Responsibilities include staff recruitment, performance assessment, budgeting input, and collaboration with site leadership to improve research operations and quality assurance.

Responsible for ensuring at the administrative level that all research activities are coordinated with affected departments within the practice. Coaches and develops staff. Collaborates in the development of research accountability standards and identifies areas for improvement. Ensures site research quality by practicing in compliance with US Oncology Research, Inc. (USOR) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), principles of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

The general pay scale for this position at BRCC is $67,458.15- $103,781.77. The actual hiring rate is dependent on many factors, including but not limited to prior work experience, education, job/position responsibilities, location, work performance, etc.
