Alliance Cancer Specialists in the greater Philadelphia area is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Research Data Coordinator to support our expanding oncology research program. The role focuses on managing patient research records, tracking trial participation, and ensuring data integrity from enrollment through long-term follow-up.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; oncology experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with data entry and database management preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and organized patient research records and data files for easy retrieval and review.
• Track and collect patient data from enrollment through treatment, rehabilitation, and long‑term follow‑up.
• Manage clinical research logs and support research data entry and database management activities.
• Schedule patient consultations, diagnostic testing, procedures, and follow‑up appointments as requested.
• Prepare research records and documentation for regulatory, accreditation, and research audits.
• Maintain research supplies, investigational products, and storage areas in accordance with department procedures.
• Assist with direct patient care activities, including obtaining vital signs and supporting procedures when appropriate.
• Support collection and processing of research specimens.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and research staff to ensure successful study execution.
• Ensure compliance with clinical research regulations, ethical standards, and organizational policies.
