Job summary

Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator for a contract role at their study site in West Chester, PA. The CRC will support coordination and execution of clinical trials under PI supervision, ensuring compliance with protocols and safety standards.

Responsibilities include participant screening, consent, scheduling visits, data collection, and regulatory compliance. Strong organizational and communication skills required; GCP/HIPAA knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Basic knowledge of clinical research is highly desirable.
• Medical terminology and patient care experience required.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute clinical research protocols under PI supervision.
• Screen participants and collect medical history and information.
• Assist with informed consent and enrollment per protocol.
• Schedule visits, procedures, and follow-ups with participants and clinical teams.
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate study data per standards.
• Communicate with participants to provide education and support adherence.
• Monitor progress and report adverse events or deviations to the team.
• Adhere to SOPs and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Draw, process, and ship samples as qualified and required.
• Maintain organized study records and documentation.
