Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a clinical or scientific field required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum three years in a clinical or scientific field, oncology preferred.
• SOCRA or ACRP certification preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; experience working with physicians preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, time management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate screening, enrollment, and maintenance of patients on clinical trials.
• Ensure protocol compliance and participate in informed consent processes with physicians.
• Monitor patient assessments, adverse events, and data entry; maintain regulatory documents.
• Participate in staff and patient education; assist with billing guidance per protocol.
• Recruitment strategies and patient retention for long-term trials; collaborate with study team.
