Job summary

- Coordinate divisional quality improvement programs and develop metrics.
- Establish quality assurance processes for data accuracy.
- Oversee data collection and monitor reporting compliance.
- Create and maintain dashboards for Quality & Safety performance.
- Collaborate with analysts and leadership to evaluate KPIs.
- Lead cross‑functional projects and align with regulatory standards.
- Support education and training activities for quality initiatives.
- Pursue continuous improvement and effective stakeholder engagement.
