Job summary

UCLA Health seeks a pharmacy professional focused on oncology to maintain and review patient medication profiles and verify orders. You will ensure safe IV product handling and provide pharmacokinetic dosing and IV/PO conversions as part of clinical pharmacy services.

The role requires oncology experience or residency with a California license and may involve travel to multiple UCLA Health sites. Monday–Friday schedule with variable hours within department needs.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy Degree and California license required.
• PGY2 oncology residency or 1 year oncology pharmacy experience.
• Board Certification in Oncology (BCOP) preferred.
• Infusion pharmacy experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and review of patient medication profiles.
• Reviewing and verifying physician medication orders and patient medical records.
• Checking of IV products to ensure safety and accuracy.
• Provide clinical pharmacy services including pharmacokinetic dosing, therapeutic interchange, IV/PO conversions, and protocol adherence.
