Job summary

UCLA Health is seeking a qualified pharmacist to maintain and review patient medication profiles, verify physician medication orders, and provide clinical pharmacy services. Ideal candidates will hold a Doctor of Pharmacy degree with recent clinical oncology experience, and be prepared to travel across multiple work sites within UCLA Health. Effective communication and organizational skills are essential, along with an ASHP-accredited PGY2 oncology residency experience preferred for this role. This position offers variation in work schedule from Monday to Friday depending on departmental needs.

Qualifications

• ASHP-accredited PGY2 oncology residency or minimum 1 year of pharmacy practice experience in oncology.
• Recent clinical oncology experience within 5 years.
• Previous infusion pharmacy experience preferred.
