Job summary

UCLA Health is seeking an oncology-focused pharmacist to maintain and review medication profiles, verify orders, and ensure safe IV therapy. You will provide clinical pharmacy services and collaborate with healthcare teams.

Required: Doctor of Pharmacy, California license, and oncology experience or PGY2; BCOP preferred. Travel to multiple UCLA Health sites is expected, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required and California license.
• Recent oncology experience or ASHP PGY2 oncology residency.
• Board Certification in Oncology (BCOP) preferred.
• Infusion pharmacy experience preferred.
• EPIC/Beacon experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and review patient medication profiles and orders.
• Verify physician medication orders and patient medical records; check IV products.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote safe medication use and clinical pharmacy services.
• Travel to multiple UCLA Health work sites as needed.
