Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Lisle, IL is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist specializing in Oncology to oversee infusion center medication therapy and collaborate with physicians to optimize cancer treatment plans.

The role requires a Pharm.D., Illinois license, and 3–5 years of oncology experience. Epic proficiency is preferred; hospital infusion center experience is a plus. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Pharm.D. degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
Current Illinois State Pharmacy License required.
3–5 years of pharmacist experience with oncology.
Hospital oncology infusion center experience preferred.
Knowledge of and competency in hazardous medication management.
Epic knowledge and experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

Enter medication orders and dispense meds/IV solutions accurately and timely.
Evaluate therapy and optimize patient regimens based on status and outcomes.
Document patient assessments and clinical interventions thoroughly.
Ensure cost-effective and appropriate drug therapy; monitor for interactions and adverse events.
