Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist specializing in Oncology to oversee infusion center and oncology treatment plans in Lisle, IL. You will collaborate with physicians, coordinate pharmaceutical care, and supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure safe, evidence-based therapy for patients.

The role requires 3–5 years of oncology experience, Pharm.D., and IL license; BCOP/BCPS preferred. Epic Systems proficiency and adherence to HIPAA standards are expected.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree required.
• Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) or BCPS preferred.
• Current Illinois State Pharmacy License required.
• Minimum 3–5 years oncology pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter and dispense medications and IV solutions accurately.
• Evaluate and optimize chemotherapy and other regimens.
• Supervise technicians and ensure compliance with USP 797/800 guidelines.
• Provide patient and staff education and drug information.
