Qualifications

• Licensed for Medication Therapy Services in MO and registered as RPh.
• Strong clinical, communication, and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize medication plans with the healthcare team.
• Monitor therapy effectiveness and document activities.
• Participate in research and quality improvement programs.
• Mentor and educate pharmacy staff, residents, and students.
• Contribute to cost reduction initiatives.
• Serve as a resource across hospital departments.
