Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina with Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
• One year of relevant and current experience.

Responsabilités

• Education: participate in identifying and meeting learning needs of self and patient/family/caregivers.
• Evaluation of Care: contribute to evaluation of patient care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Implementation: provide competent care for patients with complex problems following policies and procedures.
• Leadership: support unit goals, promote interdepartmental collaboration and safe care.
• Patient Assessment: identify priorities from complex data and plan discharge needs.
• Planning: collaborate with patient/family to update the plan of care.
• Research: review journals and bring applicable ideas to the team.
