Job summary

City of Hope is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse to join our Case Management team, specializing in cancer treatment. You will coordinate patient care, advocate for patients, and ensure satisfaction while focusing on cancer care.

This full-time role involves 8-hour day shifts, with rotating weekends and potential differential pay. Qualified candidates hold a BSN or MSN, CA RN license, and 3+ years of oncology nursing experience, plus BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (BSN/MSN).
• Current California RN license.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience, preferably in oncology.
• Experience with case management and cancer treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patient advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care along the continuum and advocate for patients.
• Ensure timely access to resources and services in cancer treatment.
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Monitor patient progress and identify opportunities to improve care.
