Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Navigator in Oncology Administration to guide patients through the healthcare system, coordinating care and supporting access to services. You will educate patients on care plans, medications, and processes while acting as a key liaison between patients and clinicians.

This role emphasizes culturally competent outreach, collaboration with the care team, and active involvement in survivorship and palliative care planning as needed.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or bachelor’s degree in health promotion.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Chemotherapy certification.
• Arizona RN licensure (if RN) or compact state license.

Responsibilities

• Triages new patient referrals to ensure timely access to care.
• Acts as primary contact for patients, offering communication, advocacy and education.
• Coordinates multidisciplinary care and expedites patient workup and treatment.
• Educates patients about care plans, medications, and processes; serves as a liaison.
• Identifies high-risk populations and coordinates with hospital staff and community providers.
