Job summary

The START Center for Cancer Research in Utah is seeking a Data Coordinator to collect, enter, and transmit clinical data for investigational drug studies. This role requires meticulous data entry for CRFs and coordination with study teams.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Travel up to 10% of the time. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth within START’s multidisciplinary network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2 years of clinical data entry experience.
• Knowledge of general office administration skills and computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Collect, enter/transcribe, and transmit/submit clinical data for CRFs.
• Receive and request patient records/data from study team for CRFs.
• Review patient data for completeness and accuracy for assigned studies.
• Coordinate and schedule monitor visits and meetings related to studies.
• Identify lab facilities and coordinate with Regulatory Affairs for certifications.
• Review protocols and ensure data entry remains current.
• Attend meetings related to studies (site initiation, monitor exit, close-out, audits).
• Other duties as assigned.
