Job summary

START Research seeks a Data Coordinator in East Brunswick, NJ to collect, enter, and transmit clinical data for investigational drug studies. The role supports CRFs, data quality reviews, and communications with study teams in a fast-paced oncology research setting.

Preferred candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or CCRP/CCRC credentials, plus strong data entry accuracy and office skills. The company offers comprehensive benefits and a schedule of 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• 2 years of clinical data entry experience.
• Knowledge and training in general office administration skills, including computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Collect, enter/transcribe, and transmit/submit clinical data in paper and/or electronic CRFs.
• Receive and request patient records/data from the study team as required to complete CRFs.
• Review patient data for completeness and accuracy for assigned studies.
• Coordinate and schedule monitor visits for assigned studies.
• Identify lab facilities used for assigned studies and communicate to Regulatory Affairs for lab certifications.
• Review and utilize protocols as guides for study activities.
• Ensure data entry remains current for all assigned studies.
• Attend meetings for assigned studies and assist with audit preparation.
