Job summary

Kettering Health is seeking an experienced RN for the Oncology Clinic in an outpatient setting in Ohio. You will provide patient-centered nursing care, assess needs, administer treatments, and educate patients and families to support cancer care, while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements include an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN), at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience, active Ohio RN license, BLS (within 30 days) and ACLS (within 90 days).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to oncology outpatients.
• Assess patient needs, administer treatments, and manage symptoms.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and safety.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
