Job summary

MultiCare Cancer Institute in Washington state is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join our ambulatory care team. You will work with an interdisciplinary group to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinic.

This .8 FTE day-shift position offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus for external applicants with 1 year of experience and a 2-year commitment, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current WA LPN license or MLS.
• BLS certification.
• Two years' LPN clinic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes nursing process to plan and deliver care.
• Triage patients in clinic via in-person, phone, and secure messages.
• Delivers prescribed regimens under supervision of physicians and RNs.
• Delegates care tasks to team members as appropriate.
• Collaborates to improve quality of care and patient experience.
• Fosters learning for patients and families.
• Advocates for ethical, holistic care across diverse backgrounds.
