Responsibilities

• Review claim status for unpaid, underpaid, and denied Medical Oncology claims.
• Research payer policies and requirements to determine appropriate resolutions.
• Prepare payer reconsiderations and appeals with supporting documentation.
• Follow up on submitted appeals through final payer determination.
• Identify patterns in denials and communicate findings to leadership.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and follow organizational policies.
