Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Registered Nurse specialized in Oncology and Chemotherapy in Corona, CA. This role focuses on expert consultation, care plan development, and direct patient care for cancer patients. The position requires strong collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and commitment to up-to-date oncology practices.

Ideal candidates will have a BSN, 5+ years in oncology, RN licensure, and experience with EMR systems. On-site, 8am-2pm, Monday–Friday with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• 5+ years nursing experience with Oncology/Chemotherapy.
• BSN or related field required.
• OCN certification desired.
• Experience in patient education and advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation on cancer care, oncology, and chemotherapy to patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and side effects.
• Conduct regular patient assessments and adjust plans as needed.
• Participate in oncology/chemotherapy research and stay updated with advancements.
• Advocate for patients' rights and provide emotional support.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with healthcare regulations.
