UF Health Leesburg Hospital is seeking an Oncology RN to deliver specialized cancer care within a multidisciplinary team. You will perform nursing assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor treatment journeys for oncology patients.

The role requires ADN with Florida RN license, BLS, and oncology-related certifications. Prior oncology experience is strongly preferred, with opportunities to obtain chemotherapy certification within six months if needed.

Qualifikationen

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Florida RN license; BLS.
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification; ONS Biotherapy within 3 months of hire.
• Oncology experience strongly preferred; willingness to learn if none.
• For Chemotherapy RN roles, oncology experience required or certification pursued within 6 months.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and compassionate care during complex treatments.
• Stable work history preferred.

• Under direction of the director/charge nurse, utilizes nursing process to assess, diagnose and plan patient care.
• Formulates and implements care plans, evaluates outcomes and performs assignments as needed.
