• Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external customers.
• Coordinates patient care through the cancer continuum, aiding access and scheduling.
• Promotes the navigator role through marketing and community outreach.
• Provides care guidance from screening to survivorship.
• Participates in performance improvement and patient satisfaction efforts.
• Maintains attendance and compliance with Orlando Health policies.
• Advocates for patients and families, supporting health promotion activities.
