Qualifikationen

• Georgia RN license or Nurse Licensure Compact (required)
• BSN required; MSN preferred
• Oncology experience 1–2 years preferred
• Healthcare management/leadership 1–3 years required
• 4–5 years direct patient nursing care required
• Familiarity with scheduling, revenue cycle (insurance/billing), registration, & medical assisting
• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certification (required)
• BLS CPR for Healthcare Providers (required)
• ONCC Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) preferred

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the cancer care center for efficiency.
• Supervise personnel and define responsibilities and accountability.
• Lead by example to foster a positive, mission-aligned environment.
• Cover staff positions as needed to maintain service levels.
• Coordinate staffing schedules and timecards with the Clinical Nurse Lead.
• Ensure high quality patient care and timely resolution of issues.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
• Recruit, hire, and retain staff in collaboration with COO and HR.
• Maintain confidentiality and collaborate with leadership across SCC and EHS.
