Job summary

Kettering Health in Ohio seeks a licensed Advanced Practice Provider (APRN/PA) to join our oncology services in Troy on a full-time, first-shift basis.

The APP will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, perform history taking, examinations, order entry, and manage diagnoses and treatment under physician supervision. Requires Master’s degree with national certification and Ohio APRN or PA prescriptive authority.

Qualifications

• APRN: Master’s with Advanced Practice Nursing focus and national board certification.
• PA: Master’s with NCCPA certification.
• Active Ohio APRN license and PA license/prescriptive authority.

Responsibilities

• History taking, clinical assessment and physical examination.
• Order entry, interpretation of diagnostic studies and treatment plans.
• Develop differential diagnoses and care plans with physician supervision.
• Collaborate with supervising/collaborating physician and healthcare team.
• On-call duties and weekend responsibilities as assigned.
• Timely documentation and ongoing professional development.
